| I know the issues we have with Shaiya won't just go away so I've been kinda looking for something we could enjoy. According to popular demand Fiesta is actually the #1 top MMORPG out there right now. Although I really don't want to go back to Fiesta... So, I found something simaler with a few extra features! Dream of Mirror OnlineThe game review says: | Quote: | | Dream of Mirror is developed by Softstar, leading brand of Chinese video games industry. Dream of Mirror surpassed 400,000 registered users in Taiwan alone. The player can choose between 4 races (Human, Sylph, Sprite, Felin), 6 classes (Commoner, Swordsman, Doctor, Shaman, Thief, Mystic) and 6 skills (meditation, fishing, mining, animal breeding, farming, forestry) to gain experience through amazing quests and missions; weapons grow too, and pets are active allied during combats. In this game user can fly all over the places riding its weapons. The game places a lot of emphasis on teamwork also through the strong human relationship system that is core for gaming experience development. For the game success it is essential also to establish highly close friends groupsIn order to join the game you will need to register. |
Ironically this is also being hosted by Area games... But I have high hopes. LOL. Strange that this wasn't one of the games they're pushing further, it seems to have potential. I'll download it and test the UI and everything and come back with a bit more of a review of my own; I'm actually going to start the download while I'm at lunch so I'll be able to play it when I wake up at the very least. I hope this turns out better for us than Shaiya's initial/potential downsides. Game shopping can be so much fun! |

| LMAO, sorry. It's just not looking like everyone would enjoy it. Mainly because of the getting to LVL 40 and starting over in order to have an effective character in the game. It's putting PPL off. This will let you get a head start on the download of a perspective game though. It has more of a look like Fiesta did and has a lot of add-ons. I just don't know it it'll add up to my expectations. _________________ |

| From what I read a merc is more of a tank, a fencer uses pressure points to stop someone from using spells/attacks and the blademaster seems to be a kamakazi. _________________ |

| The things I do to play with Draco! There are so many choices and I have no idea whatsoever... All I know for sure is that I won't be choosing to be a sprite - those things are creepy! |

| Thank you for the offers to help. I'm sure it will all work out, if the UI is acceptable anyhow. However those sprites are still creepy, and may give me nightmares. Aaagh I can just imagine them having high-pitched energetic voices and manaical laughter. No I am not over reacting at all |

| a review i found on the game Honestly, I think DOMO is quite a great game! You get to Fly at level 15, CHANGE JOBS as many times as you want on ONE CHARACTER (most other games have you choose a permanent job field for every Character) by at least level 10, is built in with two different great story plots with somewhat cinematic features (makes you feel like it's a regular RPG you buy to play on your ps3! like the final fantasy games). You can have your own pet which learns skills, attacks, evolves three times, and it can luke cute or cool or both! The skills of various jobs make it great to party with people. You can create a guild with at least 6 party members level 20 and up, and set up a hierarchy so that specific guild titles have different levels of authority!. There are also possibilities to gain titles for yourselves through in-game missions (there was just an update making the titles a little more useful too). The game is also very funny with things as like neighing ducks (i was told about that, haven't actually looked for it) and pigs named Pupu (not to be confused with poopoo lol). It's a cute game with possibilities to become one of 4 races, either the burly, or sexy, Shuras, the slim and innocent-looking Humans, the heavenly floating Sylphs, or the tiny childlike Sprites. what is also great is that you don't have to stick to just one character if you don't want to, they give you the option of having TWO characters! which you can choose the gender, race, and other attributes as well! This game, brought to you by Aeria Games, is quite entertaining and the managing staff is awesome as well; there is usually at least one GM online at a time. In the Forums of the site there is a Shout Box which is like a scrolling chat room, and by using this you may receive answers to questions, role play, get updates on maintenance, etc... Plus they have an Item Mall which lets you buy items like costumes, harvesting materials, pet food, and more! I highly recommend this well created and managed game to anyone of any age. It can help strengthen social skills, build new friends, bring up self-esteem, keep kids from harmful situations (like drugs, fights, hanging with the wrong crowd, etc...), and many other benefits. I hope this review was helpful and I can't wait to see you in the game! _________________ |

| umm, hang on two secs, if I remember correctly, I tried this game awhile back but back then they had an IP ban on all european users.... EDIT: I can't remember if this was the one or not, I'm starting to think I got this mixed up with something else, but I still have that l;ingering feeling...(It was during the period where I literally tested 6 different mmos over the course of 2 days :X) _________________ |
